CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION

Tafsir Ibn Kastir


Allah says, "He sent to a people who are illiterate among them an apostle.: The meaning of these illiterate people are Arabs. However, the mention of them in particular did not deny the addition to them, only the pleasure that has been given to them certainly more than perfect. This was as his word, "actually this is a warning to you and your people." However, he also is a warning to the others who took lessons from him. And as his words, "and give warning to the close kin." Tafsir Al-Misbah
